Who pays for return shipping ?
- Buyer pay return shipping cost.
- ***Please CAREFULLY re-pack the item. We are not responsible for any delivery damage. If item is arrived in damaged condition, damage fee will be deducted from Refund amount. We recommend to use sufficient packing supplies and insure your package.
- For Defective item (within 14 days of receiving), shipping label will be provided for exchange. Please refer to Defective policy above.
- However, IF THE ITEMS IS FOUND TO BE NON-DEFECTIVE, certain fees will be deducted from Refund amount. For more detail, refer to the Defective section below.
How to Request for Returns & Exchanges?
1. Please contact us if you encounter any issue with the item(s)
2. We will try our best to help you to solve the problem.
3. If you decide to Return & Exchange, please request for RMA (Return Authorization Number) before shipping out your item:

- Any unauthorized return will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Place the RMA # on the package and ship it back to our Return Department. (We will not accept any return without a RMA number).
- CAREFULLY re-pack the item safely and include a note of your contact information, return shipping address, & description of the issue.
5. After the item arrived, We will exam the item for its condition to process your return & exchange
6. We will contact you about the condition of the item.
7. After the item is checked and accepted
- For Exchange: we will exchange a New unit to you
- For Refund: we will credit to your account (via original payment method) based on the Return policy above.
Item's condition for Return & Exchange

- Please ensure to pack safely and insure your Return Item to protect against delivery damage or loss. If we receive damaged item or not in its original New condition, restocking fee and damaged fee will be collected depending on its damage condition.
- Return item with missing original packaging bags - refund amount will be deducted up to 10%. If item is severely damaged, refund can be refused.
- We are not responsible for damaged return or items lost in transit.
RMA number is only valid within 10 days after the day of issued, which means we have to receive the Return package within 10 days after RMA issued or we will not accept the return. Please contact Return Department if you cannot return the item within this period.
* Note : RMA number will not be extended or Re-issued unless special exception.
Additional Defective/ Exchange/ Discount/ Bundle Policies
A. Defective Item:
When your item is returned we will open it and perform factory authorized tests to determine if it is Defective. Once the item is confirmed as Defective we will proceed with the refund. or Reship a new unit immediately.
However, If the item is NOT found to be defective, but due to human error, or intentional destruction, we may charge 20% restocking fee as well as any related shipping costs. (Defective item will be refund/ or exchange based on our Return/Exchange policy above)
If the item is NOT found to be Defective:
- For Refund: certain fees will apply such as 20% restocking fee & return shipping fee will be deduct from Refund Amount. If item is Free shipping, regular shipping fee will be deduct from the Refund Amount.
- For Return: or it will be returned to you at your expense including all shipping charges incurred. ship back to buyer & return shipping fee (if return label is provided)
- For Exchange: buyer will be charged both exchange item shipping fee (ship to buyer) & return shipping fee (if return label is provided)
B. Exchange policy:
- Please exam your items immediately after received. Exchange is only be considered within 30 days of purchased.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return of non-defective merchandise.
- If Buyer chooses to exchange for another item, Buyer will pay the difference of the item and its shipping cost.

C. Discount Items Return Policy: (order purchase with more than 1 quantity)
- Certain items have Discount price if you order 2 or more quantity in one transaction.

1. Item is defective
- Within 14 days, We will exchange for a new unit (of the exact item) after examined the item.
- After 14 days, Please see our Return/Exchange policy above
2. Item is not defective, partially exchange
- Buyer may request for partially exchange, however, that order will not be considered as Discount deal anymore. The exchange item will be charged as its original price. Buyer will pay the difference of the item and shipping cost.
3. Return partial item
- If Buyer returns one of the Discount items (order purchased with more than 1 quantity) for refund, the order cannot be considered as discount price. We will use item's regular price to calculate and this cost will be deducted from the Refund amount.
- Buyer pays return shipping
- For order with Free Shipping, a regular shipping fee will deduct from Refund amount
D. Bundle Package Return Policy:

1. Full Bundle Return
- For Full Refund, All items of the Bundle as well as Gift and Extra Accessories need to be returned to the Return Department in original box and condition or we may refuse the return or additional cost will deduct from Refund amount.
- Return Bundle Package will subject to Regular Shipping cost. These fee will deduct from Refund Amount
2. Partial Bundle Return
- Buyer may request to return for a certain item in Bundle. However, that order will not be considered as Bundle deal anymore. We will use item's original price to calculate the difference and this fee will deduct from the Refund Amount.
- Return Partial Bundle Item will also subject to Regular Shipping cost. These fee will deduct from Refund Amount.
3. Partial Bundle Exchange
- Buyer may request for exchange certain Bundle item (A) to another item (B). However, that item (B) will be charged as its original price because it is not listed in the same Bundle Package. Buyer will pay the difference of the item and shipping cost.
4. Partial Bundle Exchange (Defective)
- Please contact us immediately if Partial Bundle item is defective. Request RMA# and ship the Partial Bundle Item back to our Return Department for examination. When your item is returned we will open it and perform factory authorized tests to determine if it is Defective. Once the item is confirmed as Defective We will reship the new unit to buyer and may credit return shipping cost.
