How to Order:


1. Search for item:

  • You can search for item by inputting the item name into the search bar.
  • You can navigate item from our product category.
  • When you enter the product page, select the desired option (if any) and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".


2. Shopping Cart:

  • If you are ready to check out, click on the  "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right corner.
  • When you enter the checkout page, review the items in your cart.
  • Click on "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" to calculate your shipping cost.
  • If your shipping address is located at U.S Non-contiguous States, please refer to the "Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories" section below.
  • Click "Checkout" to go to  the Information Page.


3. Coupon code: 

  • Under Shopping Cart
  • if you have coupon code, click "Use Coupon code" > input your code.
  • *Only 1 code can be used for 1 online transaction.


4. Checkout Page:

  • After reviewed your items, click "Checkout" to process to the Information Page.
  • Please fill out your information and click "Confirm Order". 
  • You will be processed to PayPal Express Checkout OR Pay Securely with Credit / Debit Card page > follow screen instructions
  • After checked out with PayPal or Credit / Debit Card, your order confirming page will show up.
  • Done
  • Please write down Order ID for your record.


Payments:


  • Resonicktv.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Wechat pay, Alipay and PayPal.
  • Please also ask about Interac Email Money Transfers, Wire Transfers options.

  • Resonicktv.com utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt data during the checkout process. Look for the blue colour in the address bar, and the lock icon at the bottom of your browser window to ensure your connection is secure.
  • Resonicktv.com does not collect or store credit card information.

Price Matching:


  • If you find a lower price from any other authorized Canadian dealer on an identical product, please let us know. We'll be happy to let you know if we can meet or beat the lower price that you have found.
  • This offer does not apply to previously purchased items, auctions, refurbished, used, discontinued, special order or out of stock items.


Shipping

Shipping Information：


  • We ship item via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Fedex
  • For Canada: estimate 2 - 7 Business days (Depend on location) 
  • For United States: we will use UPS carrier.  estimate 3 - 10 Business days (Depend on location)
  • For Alaska, Haiwaii, and U.S Territories (such as American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island), Extra shipping fee required. Please contact us for specific shipping fee. Shipping time: estimate 7 - 14 Business days (Depend on location)


Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories:

  • We do ship to U.S non-contiguous States (such as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island).
  • We cannot estimate shipping cost for these regions unless we have the full address.  Therefore, shipping fee will not show in cart. After placing the order, we will calculate shipping fee based on address. Then, we will send PayPal money request for that shipping amount.


Order process for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories customers:


  1. During check out, choose "Standard Shipping" option. However, Shipping fee is required based on destination. We will calculate your shipping fee after the order is placed.
  2. Complete the shipping information and process payment.
  3. After we received your order, we will calculate the shipping cost and notify you via email.
  4. If you agree with the Shipping fee, we will send you PayPal money request.
  5. After you paid the Shipping cost --> We will process your order.
  6. If you do not agree with the Shipping fee --> We will cancel the order and PayPal will refund you.

    **We won't charge your PayPal account until you confirm the money request.


Taxes:

  • Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout. This includes GST or HST for all orders shipping within Canada. Resonicktv.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs as the result of shipments outside of Canada.
